These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of iSlayStudiosLLC.com, including booking services, purchasing grooming treatments, and interacting with our AI scheduling/assistant system. By booking an appointment or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2: Service Description

iSlay Studios LLC offers professional men’s grooming services, including the Spa Luxury Beard Treatment, which may include:

  • Beard scrub/wash

  • Conditioning treatment

  • Facial steamer therapy

  • Precision beard sculpting

  • Razor lining/shave

  • Premium beard oils

  • Optional enhancements

Service details may vary based on barber availability, client needs, or improvements to our service offerings.

Article 3: Pricing & Payment

Spa Luxury Beard Treatment Pricing

  • Promotional Price: $40

  • Retail Value: $50

  • Service Fee: A mandatory $3 processing & automation fee is added to each online transaction.

Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe or other approved processors.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Promotional pricing is limited to the dates and campaigns announced.

Article 4: Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Late cancellations may result in a partial or full service charge at the discretion of iSlay Studios LLC.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule online using our booking assistant/system (Vapi AI) up to 12 hours before your appointment.

No-Shows

  • Failure to show without prior notice may result in:

    • Loss of payment

    • Required prepayment for future appointments

    • Possible suspension of booking privileges

Article 5: Refund Policy

Due to the nature of grooming services:

  • All services are non-refundable.

  • Refunds may be issued only in cases of:

    • Billing errors

    • Duplicate charges

    • Service not rendered due to studio closure

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the appointment date.

Article 6: Health, Safety & Hygiene

Clients must arrive with:

  • A clean beard OR allow additional time for cleansing

  • No open wounds, infections, or contagious skin conditions in the treatment area

iSlay Studios reserves the right to decline service for any health or safety concerns.

All tools, razors, and equipment follow strict sanitation guidelines in accordance with Missouri State Barber Board & health regulations.

Article 7: Results & Client Expectations

Individual grooming results may vary depending on:

  • Hair texture

  • Beard density

  • Skin sensitivity

  • Client aftercare

iSlay Studios LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes beyond providing professional grooming services.

Article 8: AI Assistant & Communication Consent

By booking online or interacting with the Vapi AI assistant:

  • You consent to automated SMS, phone, or email confirmations

  • You understand the assistant may handle scheduling, rescheduling, promotions, and reminders

  • You may opt out of messages at any time

All communication is for service-related purposes only.

Article 9: Intellectual Property

All content on iSlayStudiosLLC.com, iNathanSlay.com, and related branding—including logos, videos, images, and copy—is the property of iSlay Studios LLC or licensed partners.
No content may be reproduced or used without written permission.

Article 10: Limitation of Liability

iSlay Studios LLC is not liable for:

  • Minor skin irritation or reactions to grooming products

  • Cuts or abrasions resulting from razor services

  • Losses caused by delays, rescheduling, or appointment availability

  • Damages caused by misuse of products at home

To the fullest extent allowed by law, iSlay Studios LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Article 11: Studio Conduct Policy

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who:

  • Behaves disrespectfully

  • Arrives under the influence

  • Violates studio rules

  • Creates unsafe or uncomfortable conditions

Article 12: Privacy Policy Summary

iSlay Studios LLC does not sell or share personal data.

We collect information only for:

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Processing payments

  • Providing updates, reminders, and promotions
