Program Description
iSlay Studios LLC operates an SMS messaging program ("the Program") to communicate with customers and applicants who have explicitly opted in. By providing your mobile number and submitting a form on our site that includes an SMS consent statement, you agree to receive recurring text messages from iSlay Studios LLC related to appointments, applications, promotions, product launches, and customer service.
Opt-In and Consent
You enroll in the Program by providing your mobile number on an iSlay Studios web form that displays clear SMS consent language at the point of submission. Consent to receive marketing or promotional messages is not a condition of purchase or service. You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and the account holder or have authorization to opt in the mobile number provided.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the campaign. Most subscribers should expect no more than a few messages per week. Frequency may temporarily increase around launches, events, or promotional periods.

How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. After replying STOP you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive messages from iSlay Studios unless you opt in again.

Carriers and Liability
Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. iSlay Studios LLC is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery of messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
Privacy
Phone numbers provided to iSlay Studios LLC and any associated opt-in consent records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Changes to These Terms
iSlay Studios LLC may modify or cancel the Program or any of its features at any time without notice. We may also update these SMS Terms; the "Effective" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent update.
